1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Trueline (“trueline.online”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Trueline is a sports analysis platform that provides pre-game compound factor intelligence. We analyze games using 9 research-backed factors and present thesis/antithesis breakdowns to help users make informed decisions. Trueline does not accept bets, facilitate gambling, or guarantee outcomes.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to use Trueline. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction.
4. No Gambling Advice
Trueline provides analysis and educational content only. Our compound factor analyses, scores, and breakdowns are not gambling advice, financial advice, or guarantees of any outcome. All betting decisions are made solely by the user at their own risk.
5. Accounts and Payments
Some features require a paid pass (Weekly or Monthly) or Pool Pass. All passes are processed through Stripe. Weekly and Monthly passes are one-time purchases with no auto-renewal. Pool Pass is a monthly subscription that can be cancelled anytime. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Prediction Pools
Trueline Pools allow groups of friends to compete in prediction pools. Trueline may facilitate the collection and distribution of pool buy-ins via Stripe. Trueline does not take a rake or percentage of any pool pot. 100% of pool funds go to the winners as determined by the pool rules.
7. Affiliate Links
Trueline may display odds from and link to licensed US sportsbooks (such as DraftKings, FanDuel, and BetMGM). These are affiliate links. Trueline may receive compensation if you sign up or place bets through these links. Odds are sourced from The Odds API and may not reflect real-time pricing.
8. Intellectual Property
The compound factor scoring system, factor definitions, thesis/antithesis framework, and all original content on Trueline are the intellectual property of Trueline and its founder. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Trueline is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of the service or reliance on our analyses. Past factor performance does not guarantee future results.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
